Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and proof of purchase to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place the product in its original packaging, including all cables, accessories, and manuals, to ensure safe transit and full credit eligibility.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

  Inspection and Refund
